If in any circumstance you refuse to have faith, you remain in that situation in which you would not believe for God's grace without God's grace. God's attitude to you never changes. He always loves you and waits to deliver you. God's salvation for every challenge you face is always available to you because Jesus made you worthy. The difference between you receiving it or not is your faith - what you believe and speak.

When you tell some people that the key to a victorious Christian life essentially boils down to filling your heart and mind with God's word and appropriately speaking it out your mouth. You often get the response - We don't believe in formulas! Strange as it may seem the very people who claim not to believe in formulas usually have one universal formula for everything...

So while you are sat there explaining patiently how Natural Selection is not Evolution and recounting how your Auntie Betty was miraculously healed of Cancer; your atheist friend may not be hearing the details of what you are saying, instead they are thinking how can they embrace a God who still made everything when He knew it would all go wrong and how are they going to look associated with 'send money now' lottery preachers.

The Key of Knowledge*

Jesus lamented that the religious leaders of his day did not use a key when teaching and applying the scriptures. He said that not using this key meant that they were not entering into the kingdom of God. Worse, he said that others were hindered from finding God because of the teaching of the scriptures without using this key. What is the key?
